Sometimes in life you can find yourself experiencing relationship issues, challenging life events or emotional difficulties that are difficult cope with alone. It can feel like your inner resources are spent or your usual ways of coping are not meeting the issues you are trying to deal with.

Counselling offers a therapeutic relationship where your difficulties can be explored and processed enabling you to feel strengthened and better able to cope with life's challenges.

Perhaps your child or young person in your family is struggling to with anxiety, family breakdown, loss, self-esteem or a myriad of other challenges that can impact children and young people in today’s world. Specialised counselling for children and young people using creative tools can help support them and enable development of healthier coping skills and self-concept

Because I understand that coming to counselling and opening up to another person can be a difficult and even, at times, an emotionally painful process I always seek to provide warmth, acceptance and a non-judgemental counselling relationship in line with the BACP ethical framework
